TRON Evolution - The Videogame é o game que liga o filme original TRON (de 1982) ao novo filme TRON: O Legado (2010). Este game conta detalhes da evolução dos fatos mais relevantes ocorridos no mundo digital desde o desaparecimento misterioso de Kevin Flynn em meados de 1985. Neste sobrio mundo digital o jogador será testado em combates a pé e sobre veículos (motos, carros e jatos de luz), desarmado e com armas (discos, bastões, etc), tendo que sobreviver a todo tipo de ameaças (guardas, abismos, Reconhecedores, etc) para descobrir a verdade sobre o caos que se abateu sobre esse mundo e sobre a vida de Kevin e Sam Flynn.

O que houve com o gênio da informática Kevin Flynn? Onde está o herói digital conhecido como Tron? Como Clu "ressucitou"?

O game está sendo desenvolvido pela Propaganda Games, em conjunto com a Games Republic, e distribuído pela Disney Interactive.

O lançamento está previsto o final do ano, para Xbox 360, PS3, PCs e PSP.

Tron Evolution, game que terá lançamento conjunto com o filme Tron: O Legado (Tron Legacy), da Disney Interactive, ganhou um novo vídeo. Desta vez, a prévia é totalmente focada na jogabilidade, revelando o protagonista Anon se movendo pelo cenário, andando de ciclo de luz e lutando na arena com discos, etc. Confira:

Só lembrando que é uma PONTE e não a história do filme, não tem o Sam Flynn na história do game, mas mostra o que aconteceu ao TRON (herói do original) e ao CLU (que morreu no original), anos antes do filme O Legado.

Tron: Evolution release date and Collector's Edition revealed

Disney seems to have gotten the message that you guys like collector's editions. With toys in them. One day after the reveal of the Epic Mickey Collector's Edition, Disney Interactive has announced the Collector's Edition release of Tron: Evolution for PS3 and Xbox 360.

The package contains the game (obviously), along with a toy model Light Cycle by Sideshow Collectibles and a display case with a drawer for the game -- all for $130. We spent too long thinking about this and realized that since "real" light cycles are only supposed to exist in a virtual computer world, these toys are more tangible than the genuine article!

Disney has also announced a December 7 release date for the Collector's Edition and, of course, all other versions of Tron: Evolution game, including those for Wii, PSP, DS and PC.

Caramba, preciso do meu PS3

Só mais uma informação, a réplica do ciclo de luz não é a da 5ª geração, aparenta ser da 3ª ou 4ª geração; as do 1º filme são de 1ª geração, e as do Legado são 2ª (a do Kevin) e 5ª geração (modelo comum).
